Using the service

HairChange AI lets you generate AI-rendered hairstyle previews from a portrait you own or have permission to use. By using the service you confirm that you have the right to upload the photos you submit, including permission from a parent or guardian before uploading a child's photo.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload photos of other people without their consent.
• Do not upload photos of children unless you are responsible for the upload.
• Do not attempt to deceive, harass, or impersonate others using results.
• Do not abuse the service in ways that interfere with other users.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, explicit, or exploitative content.

Credits and payments

New users may receive free preview credits. Purchased credits are non-transferable and do not expire unless required by law or stated at purchase. If you buy credits and do not use them, you can contact us within 14 days to request a refund of unused credits. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

No guarantees on AI output

AI-generated previews are illustrative and not a perfect prediction of how a real haircut, dye, or style will look in a salon. Results vary based on photo quality and the chosen style.

Your content

You keep your rights in photos you upload. You give HairChange AI the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and store your photos and generated previews so we can provide the service, support your account, and maintain safety.

Service availability

We aim to keep HairChange AI available, but the service may change, slow down, or be temporarily unavailable. We may update features, pricing, or credit packages over time.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits consumer guarantees, refund rights, or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will note the revision date at the top of this page when we do.
