How we use your photos

Uploaded photos are used to create the hairstyle previews you request, show your generation history, troubleshoot failed generations, protect the service from abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not use your uploaded photos or generated previews in public galleries, marketing material, example results, or model training without your permission.

Your uploaded photos and previews may be processed by service providers that help us run HairChange AI, including hosting, storage, payment, and AI image generation providers. They process this data for us so the product can work.

Retention and deletion

We keep account, credit, payment, and generation records for as long as needed to operate the service, provide support, meet legal and accounting obligations, and prevent abuse. You can delete generation history from your account where that feature is available, or contact us to request deletion of your account, photos, or previews.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe may collect payment details, billing information, and fraud-prevention data according to its own privacy terms.

Children's photos

HairChange AI includes hairstyle ideas for kids, but it is intended for use by adults. If you upload a child's photo, you must be the child's parent or guardian, or have permission from the child's parent or guardian. We do not knowingly ask children to create accounts or upload photos themselves.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so please use a clear photo that you are comfortable submitting for hairstyle preview purposes.

Your choices and rights

You can sign out, manage your account, download or delete available generation history, and contact us to ask for access, correction, deletion, or help with a privacy concern. We will respond according to the laws that apply to your request.
